Trip to KL & MELAKA.

Weekend gateway... 2 weeks ago....(30-June- 1st July 2007)

My plan to Batam was cancel so...............Aku Plan nak jalan2 kat Spore jer on that day.Tiba2 lepas breakfast, hubby suruh aku siap...dia nak drives us to Malaysia.Hmmmm...aku ON ajer lah..tak cerewet bab merayap ni ...memang hobby aku...hehehhee

Lepas siap tu..kita pon berangkat...HUbby plan nak drives us to Cameron Highland....WHAT??2 days 1 nite..mana puas arrr nak gi Cameron...so aku suggest pergi KL jer then Besoknyer singgah Melaka. Maybe...during the national day holiday nanti...bleh pergi Cameron PULAK.CUTI panjang baru puas jalan jauh kan?

Neway..tu semua no big deal lah..our family dah sering road trip to Malaysia..Cameron pon , kita dah pernah sampai ;) Atcually kan...Yang penting our family spend the quality time together. Betul tak?Jauh ke dekat ke belakang kira.This time...tak banyak ambik pix...SO here just a few pixs yang sempat disnap....enjoy ya ;)

Dancing Belle...cuppies for my girls& taking order.

Today i bake this sweet ...lovely Ballerina Cuppies for my girls and one for my cuzzen's dotter.Alyssa get very excited when she saw the cuppies and ....tak sabar2 nak makan .

Then bila i bagi .... dia belek2 tu cuppies pulak...macam sayang dia nak ngap...hehhehehe.

Hope that my cuzzen's lovely dotter, Amylia whois a Bellarina would loves the cuppies too ;)

Lets recap....the first time..i venture into the cup cake's world...it was on the 22nd of MAY.And till today..... dah masuk sebulan lah aku buat cupcake's experiement.Alhamdulillah.....sikit lebih kurang....dah banyak pesyen jugak aku cuba buat...tak lama lagi dah boleh bukak kedai arr ..hehehhehe

As you can see...most of my cuppies...aku gunakan chocolate ganache instead of butter cream or royal icing topping.My kiddies prefer the chocolate ganache coz they said that the icing...too sweet pulak.Aku buat experiement pon..selalunyer untuk dorang makan...hehehheeJadi ikutkan ajelah...BUT akan aku belajar buat the buttercream , royal icing , fondant and whatever lah.Just gimme time...and ..u'll see the outcome soon...real soon .. ;)

Kali ni aku cuba buat gunakan fresh fruit pulak....The tepung mixture aku campurkan berries cincang and berries jam.Instead of the essence or artificial flavouring ...aku campurkan with the fresh ingredients ;)Dan for the topping...aku decorate the strawberry....with chocolate ganache.

And yes...it work well and taste yummylicious...when u mixed them together.At first i was thinking of whipped cream ...topping with berries but then...nanti tak bleh tahan pulakkan.Itu kalau nak makan on the sama day..ok lah.So aku tukar idea...to choco ganache and berries jer.And yes...it taste yummylicious..baby...woohoooooSo here are the pixs to share with all of you...
